| Suellyn, You are crossing over the 7 day barrier and with a 8 pound loss you must see this diet is worth it! I have tried so many diets where I almost literally starve myself and maybe see a 1lb loss, it was so discouraging. But now, I feel that I control my destiny and I know what to do to get the results that I seek. Stay strong and know with focus, you will achieve your goal! Rose |
