There is a process outlined in the book. I would say follow the process per Dr. A.

| no, did't read book just know how to go into ketosis. like i said. i am a nurse. not an atkins expert. i am down to 140. slowed down. added fats,a nd spinache, egg yolks, cheese. hard when yu are a picky eater. lol. i can't eat alot of meat. i have ion ver load disorder. so i have to be careful. how are you doing? |
