| thank u all for support ![]() yesterday i have a very strong headache...but today i'm fine... i feel like don't want eat nothing...no meat no cheese no egg nothing...i feel bliahhh....but i'll try to keep it correct...so,i'm going to eat chicken brest with bacon, cheese ,little 2-3mushrooms and mayo.... kisses all! |

| You can do it Dodina!!! For the first few days you may have the "flu" symtoms which are normal. BUT they do go away!!! Imagine all those toxins leaving your body... Another program to journal your foods is www.fitday.com. It is a free site that may help you with your journey. Good Luck! Robin
