| You are allowed to eat as much meat as is necessary to satisfy---but not STUFF----you. My personal reccomendation is to move at least to Rung 1 instead of staying on Induction the whole way through. Induction is just that! good luck |

| there seems to be sugar in everything, so be careful...as for messing up ,just start fresh tomorrow. You can mix pickles with mayo for future tartar sauce;-) good luck!

| Welcome to QueenT.The first thing that must be asked is, do you have the book? Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition? If not, you most certainly need to pick it up from a bookstore or borrow it from a library and read it cover to cover if you hope to succeed. In the meantime, head over to the 14-day Induction Forum and read the stickied posts there for some important information regarding what you can eat during the induction period. Induction is meant to be a 2 week period only. Some people who have a lot of weight to lose choose to stay on a bit longer, but if you stay on induction the whole time you're most likely going to lose weight and gain it all back again. You need to follow the plan to the letter and move through the OWL, Premaintenance and maintenance phases and turn Atkins into a way of life that you can continue on forever. Staying solely on induction does not teach you how to properly make this a way of living. Other than that, I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey! ~Far la bella figura!
