| Ditch the shakes & the bars as they are known stallers. They aren't Induction friendly~~~read the ingredients. Invest in the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution & follow the plan per Dr. A. Post often, ask questions, start a journal & join a challenge or two. Make sure you take your measurements so you can keep track of inches lost! Good luck in your journey.

| Welcome. I just got the book myself and I am glad to have it. the paperback was only 10 bucks. Good luck in sticking with the program.
