| As far as exercise goes do you like to dance? I just put on headphones with my favorite music and dance away. I think it's good to figure out what you LIKE to do and do it.

| i dont kno if you have ever heard of the walk away the pounds tapes?...but my mommy got me one after i had my son 9 mos. ago and at first i didnt even look at it cuz i figured..im young ill lose the weight naturally...WRONG!...so neway since ive been on the atkins ive been doin it and its 30 minutes and its a 1 mile walk your in the house but you do diffferent types of walking, kicking, squatting, and so forth. it's a really good workout and boy by the end of it im sweating and burnin!...i love it and i feel really good once im done like i climbed a mountain or sumthin!...especially since i never really exercised until now its a pretty good beginning...if you like those types of things you should look it up i think its on amazon.com....neway...good luck on your journey.IF I CAN STAY STRONG ANY1 CAN! |
