 minimum amount of carbs?
| Is there a minimum amount of carbs? I know you shouldn't eat more than 20 per day but didn't know if less is more. I had 6 carbs yesterday. This is my first time on ADBB and would love to get input about it. Anyone else eat less than 10 carbs a day and feel OK? | |
