How do I customize signature & weight goal?

Sorry to say this is my first time using a board and can't figure out how to set up custom info and set up that weight goal bar I see by so many people's name.

Any help would be appreciated.

i was jus asking the same question like 2 days ago...so ur not alone..u jus go to edit signature and type in whatever u want...if u want a ticker u kno to show how much youve lost and how close u r to ur goal jus click on some1 elses and itll take u to the site and u can make ur own..then just copy and paste it into ur signature as well...same with pics...good luck!

Just go to User CP at the top of your screen and on the far right select the link that says Edit Signature and have fun. Hope that helps!
