| Welcome, Shannon. It sounds like you are in a good place mentally, and really ready to make this a success. That is half the battle! I know what you mean about nursing. I didn't gain a lot weight was I was pregnant -- less than 20 pounds with each kid. BUT, I gained while nursing. Sure, you burn alot of calories, but no one told me I'd be CONSTANTLY hungry! I can't and won't comment on doing it while nursing, even though Dr A says not to. Sounds like you've done your homework. Best of luck to you!
