| Welcome back! Hey, we have the same birthdays! My goal is to have lost at least 60 pounds by then. ( Oct 3 ) But, if not, then I keep on trying and happy with what I will be losing. My goal is about 10 pounds a month. As long as I know that I am dedicated and really sticking to it, I am happy with what I will be losing, because it's less unhealthy pounds gone!
