Hi. My name is Elaine and I'm a 29 year old mother of 3. I originally used Atkins to lose 40lbs of extra weight gained during my second pregnancy... that was 6 years ago! I've done great keeping the majority of the weight off since then through lifestyle changes and better eating habbits. However, I quit smoking 3 months ago and have very quickly packed on the pounds. I remember how well and quickly Atkins worked for me before and plan to use it again to get back down to my ideal weight before summer officially hits.
I'm on day 2 of induction!!
