| Ok I am now down 8 lbs...yippppeeeeeeee and settling right back into things no problem.. This time around I entered ketosis much faster...Anyone know why?I am also excersizing alot ...Last time around I walked alot this time i have pushed myself harder and am excersizing more rigorously..

| Welcome back! Just come on over to the STAC forum (second time around club) and make yourself at home. The exercise is why you went into ketosis quicker. It burns the glycogen stores up for fuel. Another reason to exercise as much as you can, then do just a little more. Sunny!
