Default dissapointed but ready to get over it

Ok so here is the deal . In the last 4 months I have put back 40 lbs of the 54 I lost. I was so close to goal I could taste it and I am disappointed but am ready to get back to it. I felt much better thinner and my new way of eating and excersize had tremendous effect on my life , health and general well being. So I floundered for awhile doing induction for 5 days here and then failing miserably. I have now been on induction for approximately 5 days and feel pretty good. So far I have lost 4 lbs and the ketostix are turning a little pink. I am hoping to lose the 40 I gained and continue on with another 20 after that to reach my goal.I found that this forum really helped me the first time so, here I am again.

Wish me Luck

Hey Suzan! Been there, done that Glad to hear you're getting back on track. Sometimes you need a few attempts to get it right
PS I spell my name the same way----not very common around here.My Mom said it was the Dutch spelling.

Welcome back! Just come on over to the STAC forum (second time around club) and make yourself at home.

The exercise is why you went into ketosis quicker. It burns the glycogen stores up for fuel. Another reason to exercise as much as you can, then do just a little more.

Sunny!
