| oh dear, i fell of the wagon, simply because i had an all day wedding to go to and there was absolutely no food at all for me to eat, so i had to eat the steak pie. im not sure how carbs it was but couldnt have been good, as my weight shot right back to where it started. i have another wedding on the 27th june, i think i will take some snacks with me x

| Wonderful that you got back again. That is what it is all about. And yet preparedness is the thing. It is good to carry around some string cheese and pepperoni sticks in your purse.
