| YAY i got myself a little tracker! guessing i have to re-apply it every week so the thing is updated- my two week weigh in is on Sunday! I cant wait but then again weighing myself and not seeing great results may take a toll on my emotions- but i guess i have to keep telling myself that no matter if its .2 lbs or 8 lbs its still something!!!! thinking i am going to stick with induction till i lose at least 20 lbs......any suggestions? |
