I've already lost 1.6 lbs!!! WHAT?! I was just on another diet (i dont want to say what kind, but similar to nutrisystem-prepackaged meals) I was working my butt off and I went for 2 weeks ppl! I lost only 0.6 lbs! Anyway, I'm very happy with my results and I'm going to keep on because I dont feel deprived and I wouldn't mind eating this way forever. It's nice losing weight and not even feeling like I'm dieting!! YaY!
