Hi Sarah- Congrats on making the decision to change your life. I started Atkins on 5/20 and I love it. I too was 257 in April and am now 237.5 , I know you can do it. I also have the motivation of my upcoming wedding in November. I can't wait to hear your progress! Hugs, Rene
