| Hi Thea I'm the same way with exercise, so can't help you there. But I think it's great that your hubby is doing this with you....really does make it so much easier! There are great lunch boxes called "fridge-to-go" They have built in ice packs---just stick the lunchbag in the freezer over night. Your hubby can take anything he wants with him! I also have plug-in thermoses,,,,they plug into the cigarette lighter and you can send a hot meal with him as well. At truck stops, his best bet is breakfast meats and eggs, bunless burgers and such, |

| Hiya and welcome aboard! For portable snacks olives, cheese squares, hard boiled eggs, some veggie "crudites"... (you'd do best to pack it all in a cooler bag though). I'm like you... getting to the exercise is really hard for me. My solution is to do it as soon as I get up. That way, it's all done for the day and I don't need to worry about it. If I don't do that, it doesn't get done. Happy Atkineering!
