| Hello there and welcome! Nice to have you join us here at ADBB. Kudos to you for saying "no" to the junk food. By the time you get to goal, you probably won't need or want to say "yes" to it. There are so many great things you can eat on maintenance and there are so many good substitutions that I'm sure you'll find it easy. Happy losing!

| Welcome, you lost it once, you can do it again, just do what you did that worked the first time !!! This site helps a lot as you can get all the support you need especially on a day when things are tempting or you are having a bad day, just come here and you can post and feel much better ! Congrats on the new baby, very exciting !!! I am glad you are losing it now, I never did and four kids later I was obese and have gone up since then.Our baby is 18 and just graduated high school and our seventh grandbaby is on the way, you are smart to do it now, makes it so much easier than waiting like I did ! good for you !!
