Hi there....I'm female, 5'11 and started ATkins on 5/20/2008. I weighed 275. I wieghed 170 until I got pregnant. Gained 70 pounds during pregnancy. My gosh that sounds so awful and then some. Due to health reasons I could not start dieting until now. That beautiful baby I have is already 3 years old so I have to start loosing this weight NOW! Well this is my stats so far.

Start Atkins: 5/20/2008 - 275
As of Today: 6/15/2008 - 254 (26 days later)

I've lost 21 pounds so far in less than a month so thats exciting for me. I hope to loose a lot more. Lets say by December I want to be under 200. Possible? I hope so.

I would hope it's possible! I wanna be at my goal, 70 pounds gone, by the new year, so we are alike in that aspect!

Thank you so much!! Yes I think we can both do it. If were really motivated (which I am) anything is possible. Do you exercise as well? I joined a gym and that is helping me so much. The scale shows I'm dropping sometimes and sometimes I'm the same for a few days but when I measure myself I am so different. So I learned don't always rely on the scale.
