| Yea. It was good. Got a little woozy in the car. Not sure what that was about, but I found something to eat and that made it better. Had to force myself to drink all that water, so that was probably the toughest part. |

| Good job! I agree on the water. I still struggle with it and I have been doing this for months. Sometimes as the body adjusts to eating less carbs and sugar you may have some "flue symptons" these will pass once you get into ketosis (after a few days) and you will feel great.
