| Welcome back and I wish you much success with Atkins. You already know it works, we just need you to make this a way of life for yourself that's all. As a mother of 4, the two youngest being 21 months and 4, I can tell you first hand I DO NOT have a lot of time for heavy cooking. Get yourself a cookbook with simple recipes, and make up some of your own. Plan EVERYTHING you eat ahead of time and even have some back up snacks ready in case of an emergency snack attack. if you leave things up to chance, you're setting yourself up for turbulent weight loss times. make sure to keep a bottle of water handy at all times, and get plenty of sleep each night. I hope to see a journal for you real soon!
