| HI Brandee, welcome and good for you !! You took a big step toward regaining your health. Take full advantage of the board. You might look into both a journal chat and a journal stat to write your weight and menu and progress in, the chat we can all join in and see how you are doing and it is more of a fun place to visit and journal your progress in a more fun way than the stat journal. Be sure and read up as much as you can, the book if possible but at least all the info about induction on the board, make sure you have all the facts and you will do great !! Read a lot and ask questions, it helps so much to have this community around you. I am looking forward to seeing you on the board !! Stephie |

| Welcome Brandee, I'm new too. I'm on day seven. I know that seems like nothing but it's huge for me! I've considered Atkins and done day one at least four times and gave in before supper time |
