Hey to everyone ya'll can call me "E" I live in Louisiana , I am really excited to get back on the atkins diet, I did it about 9 years ago while I was in Ireland. I would love to make new friends and have support because we all know how easy it is to give into temptation, I am planning to lose at least 60 pounds.
