Hey to everyone ya'll can call me "E" I live in Louisiana , I am really excited to get back on the atkins diet, I did it about 9 years ago while I was in Ireland. I would love to make new friends and have support because we all know how easy it is to give into temptation, I am planning to lose at least 60 pounds. I wish everyone good luck with their diet and if ya'll need any support just contact me anytime!!!!!

Welcome to ADBB and back to Atkins! I am sure you will get back down where you want to be in no time.

Jump into the forums, read the stickys..there are some GREAT ones!...and definately hit the recipe section..you will definately find some great things to eat!
