Hi everyone! I'm really glad to have found this site. I read lots of old threads last night and there was a lot of good information. You all seem very helpful and supportive.

My boyfriend decided to start Atkins again becuase he had success with it in the past. So, I decided I might as well go on it, as well. It hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. I was really apprehensive about it before we started.

We are both currently on day 16 of Induction, both deciding to keep it up a little longer because of a few slip-ups. I have lost 7 pounds so far and he has lost 9.
