Default Hello Again
Just a quick note to introduce myself again. I used to lurk on this board a few years ago when I first started low carbing. Unfortunately, when I quit smoking in Feb 2007 I managed to gain 40 pounds in the process. I'm now determined to quit the yo yo dieting habit as well. Here's my stats:
Start date: 23 Jun 08
Start Weight: 202.8
Current Weight: don't know yet
Goal Weight: 165lbs
Height: 5'9"
Wish me luck. I'm 3 days into induction and I feel wonderful.
