Bonjour! (in a mangled french accent)

Hi

I'm restarting atkins tomorrow, the same day that I'm restarting work after a month vacation in Europe (damn those white French baguettes!) I have tried atkins once before last summer, but gave in to temptation and was too discouraged to restart until now although I thought about it for a long time. I really wanted to start today but my mother has decided that today is the perfect day for her to visit and for me to tour her around vancouver even though I have not yet recovered from jet lag. She also surprised me with a cupboard full of carby groceries in the fridge so I must get rid of them (I know she meant well!)

I'm 22, 5'7 and flucuate between 150-160, won't know my real weight until I step on the hospital scale at work tomorrow.

And now off to generic tourist destinations!
