| Hey Becky, and welcome. If you have been reading the posts you also know it isn't uncommon for a short pause in your loss after Induction as your body adjusts. And you are right. Moving up is best. But take your time on each ring and introduce new foods a couple at a time to find which foods trigger you. This is helping me a lot this time around. Last time I would add a whatever foods I wanted from the rung all in the same week and I never really figured out which foods become my eventual downfall. I am still not doing things Absolutely by the book, I am sure, but I am learning a lot more this time by following it as closely as I can. I am sure you will do fine.
