Default New Here; Older to Atkins
Did Atkins years ago and did very well. I swore I would never gain weight again. So, how did it happen?

But I'm back now.

So, I'm new to the board and older to Atkins. I am going to lose the weight and keep it off this time and I'm DETERMINED.

I started on 6-10-2008 and have lost 15 pounds with little effort. This is definitely a diet I can live with (and will HAVE to live with for a LONG time.....). I wish I could just go to sleep and wake-up THIN!

Goal 6: 199 - WANT to Achieve by 12/31/2008 UNDER 200
Goal 7: 175
Goal 8: 165
Goal 9: 150 - By 10-21-2009

6th goal - 180!!
