| You will find great support and advice on the boards here. Welcome to a new life. I am so jealous, you will be in One-derland (under 200) in no time. And it is smart to do it now because when you hit my age (47) there are hormone issues that make this so much harder. Glad to have both of you newbies here.

| GOOD FOR YOU! That's right. You are in control. You should find that you made the right decision and it gets easier as you go. The weight you'll lose and the great feeling of better health, should be enough motivation to keep you going. At least it has been for me. Welcome to the community and even more so, welcome to the beginning of becoming a whole new you! Best of luck! |

| Welcome to ADBB! You will find so much support here along with knowledge. Take advantage of it~~post often & don't be afraid to reach out for help. The biggest piece of advice I can give you is to please read the book... the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution aka DANDR. Good luck on your journey!

| Hi there fellow 5'2'' person. Congratulations on starting. There is something magical about Atkins I think. Just follow the yellow brick road (also known as the rules for this Way of Eating).
