| Hi Matt, It takes some planning and thinking about for sure. Do you have the list of allowed induction food? What foods can be eaten on Induction? It is also important to read the 2002 Atkins New Diet Revolution book. Here is a thread on snacks from not long ago. Maybe you can find some good ideas there. Good "Snack" ideas... And yes you can give all those things up. It is not that hard. Really

| Thanks, I have just printed off the acceptable foods list so will hit the shops tomorrow. Oh, I forgot to mention, I am 13st 12oz. I made a snack earlier from the little suitable food for Atkins I had in my fridge: Cheese & lettuce wrapped in a slice of beef! Nicer than I thought it would be! lol |
