| Hi Matt, It takes some planning and thinking about for sure. Do you have the list of allowed induction food? http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?) It is also important to read the 2002 Atkins New Diet Revolution book. Here is a thread on snacks from not long ago. Maybe you can find some good ideas there. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ack-ideas.html (Good "Snack" ideas...) And yes you can give all those things up. It is not that hard. Really

| Thanks, I have just printed off the acceptable foods list so will hit the shops tomorrow. Oh, I forgot to mention, I am 13st 12oz. I made a snack earlier from the little suitable food for Atkins I had in my fridge: Cheese & lettuce wrapped in a slice of beef! Nicer than I thought it would be! lol |
