| It looks pretty good but use whole eggs not egg white.Don't try to cut fat. Log into fitday to track your food. You want to have about 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs, mostly from veggies. The fat is necessary to your success. It will also keep you from being hungry. |

| Thanks for the suggestion. I actually wasn't trying to cut fat on purpose. I was on a low cal diet and didn't really have eggs in the house. I only had two left and wanted to spread them out for two days and I had PLENTY of egg whites so I wanted to use them up. I already track my intake on caloriecount and spark people. It is very difficult for me to get my fat so high. Right now I have 5% carb and about 40% 45% fat and protein (according to sparkpeople). Hmmm, what to adjust what to adjust. |
