| Hey there... you are in the right place. Congrats on getting started. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I was right where you were... I still struggle eating first thing when I get up but I know that if I don't I stall... I keep a bottle of water beside my bed and when I wake up in the morning I try to drink as much of it as possible before I even get out of bed... it seems to help stimulate my hunger to eat. If we don't eat first thing, we don't engage our metabolism... it is imperative to eat at least 3 times a day, or better yet... 6 smaller meals.... Welcome if I have not already said so and looking forward to knowing your stats and hearing about your progress! Kathy |

| Welcome (back to Atkins) to you and I wish you the best with your goal to that 132! If that's what you want then don't stop until you get it. Make sure to get some great low-carb recipes so you can be sure to have a nice selection of foods and not get bored. Sorry to hear about the tea but I'm so that you let the coffee go! You won't even miss it in a few days trust me. Yes, please make sure to get your water and drink up-hydrate that body and flush those ketones out of your body. |
