| wtg! 6 weeks is a long time to stick anything out so keep going! my only words of advice (only cause i'm addicted to reading stuff in here and in the book) is to really try and eliminate the soda and cream/splenda combo. it's easier to get rid of those cravings when you aren't having them at all after just a couple days. |

| Great job, since you only have a small amount to lose, consider moving up to rung one and then two. You will probably not see a slowdown on those rungs and it does give you many more choices.
