If you find that the induction food list gets boring quickly for you, I'd advise you make the move to the OWL phase (ongoing weight loss) as soon as you've finished the two week induction. The extra food choices will be very welcome and you certainly do still get to lose weight on OWL... some people even lose faster (particularly on the low rungs).
