| Hi! Welcome to the board. I too did Atkins years ago lost weight and fell off the plan. I am back now and working hard on a 60-100 pound loss. I am exercising about 7 hours a weekd oing jazzercise and they tell me a 60 pound loss will put me where I want to be with the muscle you gain. Best of luck to you. This is a very supportive board so joining was a great idea. (By the way, your font is kind of hard to read, unless you are really attached to it, you might change to something clearer. it might just be how itshow up on my computer though. |

| Welcome! Congrats on your new commitment and for stepping out of the 1s and 0s of cyberspace and into the forum. It will be good for you and it will help us also and we all have something valuable to add. On the exercise, sounds like you already know the score, but from what I learned starting up about a month ago is that it will be painful to get going, but after a few weeks you will want to exercise and will look forward to it. There is a great thread on strength training for women (and men) and I recommend reading it. Glenn
