| Hi Karen New info coming out every day about how healthy this lifestyle really is......but you'll see for yourself I have no idea what a stone is, but I assume a certain number of pounds make up a stone? Welcome to the ADBB.....see 'ya round the forums! |

| WELCOME KAREN........ PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT THIS LIFESTYLE CHANGE IS BAD! I just read the other day that the Adkins and Med Way of EATING is the best and healthiest way to loose unwanted pounds (stones). Please stick with it...you will feel better......I just started for the second time and I am down by 8 pounds in 5 days. It's really hard the first few days because of the need for sugar and bread but IT GETS EASIER EVERY DAY! I AM NOW ON A NATURAL HIGH BECAUSE OF THE QUICK WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS!!!! GOOD LUCK! |

| Hi Karen, I am also not from USA but I found it really doesn't matter. Everybody here is very friendly and supportive. As being newbies what we need is a good support. Stay with this I am sure you will be rewarded. |
