| Hi Judy! Welcome. My only question is why haven't you started yet??? I know all about bad knees LOL, but losingweight has helped me a lot. Hope you will join us in the Arthritis subforum as well. We exchange a good bit of ino on stuff relating to bad knees! Lots of support on this board! |

| Thax everyone. I'll definitely look into the Arthritis forum. I started induction yesterday and boy do I feel like I have the flu. Headaches and just tired. I'm hoping to be in ketosis tomorrow. My hunger pangs seem to be fading. I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm kinda scared to. I've gained back 3-0 lbs , I'm sure. Thanx again. |

| Hi Judy, Welcome! Keep up the great work with the weights and swimming. Swimming is terrific for the body especially when dealing with Arthritis. Looking forward to hearing updates on how you're doing. Let us know how it's going once you've started Atkins.
