| Charlotte, I am also a teacher and was teaching full time when my guys were about your age and hit my highest weight. I started Atkins and started making myself a priority once in awhile. I started to feel better and more energetic physically. I was happier with myself. My boys saw me setting a better example. I also became less stressed. The key was shopping and planning ahead for food so I wasn't caught short. It was also making an hour for MY EXERCISE TIME non-negotiable priority so that I had that me time in spite of their schedules. I came to the realization that it isn't my job to make sure everyone else's life runs perfectly smooth. It was time to take a little back for me. I stepped back a bit from being on the guys all the time and much to my surprise things went better. My middle schooler still had that brain fog that saps them of all responsibility for two years. LOL (Atkins can't fix everything.) But hopefully making some time and space for you and feeling better will relieve some of the stress. Best wishes for a clean Induction and solid start on your new lifestyle.
