| Kelsey- Glad you joined and by what you write I am sure you will be successful. The exercise is huge. Get into it and you will soon feel better. Set goals. If they become hard to meet, try hard to meet them, and re-set once you get there if you can't make it. There are guidelines as you have read, but it is an individual thing. It will be a learning process. RE: Knees, I biked and lost a bunch before running for many reasons. My goal date is close to yours - Nov. 3 - see you in Onederland. Glenn

| hi 3kes welcome, i also have a mini goal of losing as much as i can by Ocotber 25th - my oldest son is getting married that day, and i just want to feel and look as good as i can on that day.. however, every pound lost adds up to the total.. so no matter how much you inch towards your goal it all adds up.. you can set 10 lbs goals or actual weight goals (one of mine is just to get below 200) anything that will help/motivate you... i find great motivation here, ask questions, read everything, you can do it |
