If you look in the main forum there is a weekly buddy thread. I am with you on the Weight Watchers stuff. I do not want to spend myu entire day thinking about how many points I have left and what I can still eat. Atkins makes it so easy. And there are some terrific recipes on our board, on Lynda's lo carb site, and floating out there in web land.I am same age as you so I will caution you that it may not be an overnight fix (at least it isn't for me) but you will feel great, and you will lose if you stay true.
