| Hi Kim and welcome. I couldn't quit coffee completely, but I did switch to half decaf, half regular and am slowly trying to increase the decaf percentage over time. If you can't leave the Java alone, give this a try.

| I gave in to my coffee cravings...but I limit myself to one cup only! I was drinking almost a whole pot of coffee myself. I just can't go through the caffine withdrawals and the sugar withdrawals at the same time. I don't have the support I need at home to be able to do that. |
