| Congrats, Suzette on the -3 pounds! When you get through creating your ticker, the site will give you a listing of urls to copy and paste in to your signature. Go down the list of them until you see the one that looks similar to this: PseudoHTML, UBBCode™ or BBCode Used on many message boards that don't allow HTML. I hope that helps!
