Smile Hi I just signed up this will be my 2nd time doing atkins
Hi everyone!
I am going out tonight and getting everything I need to start with induction on Monday. My journal, ketosis strips and all my approved food. I did atkins a couple of years ago and lost 50lbs in 6 months.. now i find myself back with that 50lbs and some extra. I have been real depressed about it and been going through a lot of life changes including a divorce. But enough with the excuses its time to get my life back. I have even been smoking again here and there. So time for a new chapter.. I start my new job on Monday and will be going on induction, quitting smoking and go back to walking everyday. I hope being a part of this bulletin board will be the support I need and would love to meet new people and be there for you too!

4th goal - 208~MET SEPT 6TH,2008
5th goal - 199~MET SEPT 19TH,2008
6th goal - 180!!
**LOST 60 pounds in LESS then 4 months!!
