| I think you pretty much want to spend your whole life in ketosis. and you need to add fat. and what do your salads consist of? if it isn't a wide variety of veggies you need to add those too. and also there are rungs to climb where you add new foods. |

| Have you read the book? You really need to read the book if you want to do this diet properly. That will answer your questions about what to eat and about ketosis - it is really too much information to answer in one post.
