| Welcome! Sooner or later (probably sooner), somebody's going to tell you to "read the book!", so you might as well hear it from me. My typical induction day meals are something like this: Breakfast: egg-based, either a slice of crustless quiche or an omellete (sp?). Lunch: Big Cobb salad with some kind of protein (chicken, ham, tuna, pepperoni) Snack: 1 or 2 string cheese Supper: Chicken, tuna, or beef dish with broccoli or some other veggie. Congrats on your inches lost - keep up the good work. |
