| Welcome onefifty! Congrats on joining. This is a great group. This is my first time in a group like this also. BTW Yes you want to lose weight but getting in shape for the long run is what this is all about. Have you had a chance to read the book? Glenn

| Hi no problem. Go to this site, create a ticker, copy and paste it into your signature under your User CP link. It's a little tricky so let me know if you don't get it right away. Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy... Glenn
