| Hi Shanny, Welcome to ADBB and congratulations on you loss so far. It looks like you are doing well. Make sure you eat your cups of salad veggie and other veggie every day. There are many veggies on the list and they will help you work on your variety. Look for recipes in the recipe section here or on Linda's low carb site Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home Ask some of the questions in the different forums around here. Induction, Exercise, health etc and you will find many people to share their ideas. BTW weight lifting is a good idea. There is a great thread on weightlifting in the Exercise forum. Last but not least: Good luck!!!!!!!

| Great. So what are you trying first? Love your ticker. BTW I see you ask about protein shakes. They are not allowed on induction. The ones with Whey are allowed once you hit the dairy rung and the ones with soy when you are on rung 6.
