Hellooooooooo!!

Hi there my names Maria and Im English but live in spain, I'm really excited at having found this site as I think it will be a great help to me whilst on the diet!
I first did the Atkins a few years ago when my friend gave me the book as a present after I had my little boy, I lost all my weight and felt great but was stupid to think that after I could go back to eating normally, and hey presto I put every pound back on and more.
This time round Ive started with a very differant attitude and am determined its for life!!
I started off 12 days ago and my start off weight was 82.25 kilos after 1 week I weighed 79.85 kilos so off to a good start with a healthy loss of almost 2.5 kilos/5.5llbs
My goal weight is around 64 kilos as thats when I felt at my best!

Looking forward to getting to know you all and will let you know in a couple of days how much Ive lost (hopefully) last week!!

My goal weight is around 64 kilos as thats when I felt at my best!

I just altered my weights I checked my note pad and realised I actually lost almost 4 kilos the first week, yippeeeeee!!
