| sounds like you want a way out or our 'go ahead' on binge drinking. sorry, but i won't be one to give the green light. i have to say that it would not be good or recommended with this woe or with any other diet. if you have read the book, you know there is an alcohol rung and that even when you get to that rung there are carb limits. binge drinking is not good for your system regardless of what you are eating.

| Welcome aboard! I have to ditto exactly what jimmie said. Why not hang in there and get through the two weeks of induction, then you can move up the OWL (ongoing weight loss) rungs. The alcohol rung isn't too far ahead. However... when you do get there, try not to binge drink. Just drink in moderation. You can do it!
