Default Loosing Pregnancy Weight

Hello,

My name is Nicole - 29 years old. This is the 2nd time I have done Atkins.... the first was in 2005 when I doubled my weight during a very unhealthy pregnancy. I went from about 176lbs (weight after the initial pregnancy weight loss) back down to 120lbs...

My second pregnancy I gained 85lbs, a little bit better but I have been so unmotivated to stay on a diet - I have done Atkins, Nutri-System, Weight Watchers, this time around.. I am down to about 155lbs and NEED to get this weight off my mid-section...

I just started this morning...went out yesterday and bought all Atkins foods, pigged on carbs last night, just finished a healthy Omellette with Mozzalrella, zuchini and onion with a little tapatio sauce...drinking my water and limiting my Diet Cokes to two per day with splenda...I feel really proud of myself for getting this started and I hope this board will also help keep me motivated!!!

~Nicole

Hi nicole, welcome! im on day 3 at moment and doing okay i think, im sticking to diet! Are you incresing your exercise aswell, i looked up virtual climb challenges which you do on your stairs! So doesnt cost anything and just gave me a goal, ive got another 30 flights of stairs to do before tomorrow night to have climbed Blackpool Tower (67 flights in total!)

What kind of things are you having for your meals??

If you've done this before then you know you can do it. The first days/weeks can be tough but once you start losing all that weight and feeling wonderful, you shouldn't want to eat those carbs. Just stick to it and do it! Best of luck!
