| Hi nicole, welcome! im on day 3 at moment and doing okay i think, im sticking to diet! Are you incresing your exercise aswell, i looked up virtual climb challenges which you do on your stairs! So doesnt cost anything and just gave me a goal, ive got another 30 flights of stairs to do before tomorrow night to have climbed Blackpool Tower (67 flights in total!) What kind of things are you having for your meals?? |

| If you've done this before then you know you can do it. The first days/weeks can be tough but once you start losing all that weight and feeling wonderful, you shouldn't want to eat those carbs. Just stick to it and do it! Best of luck! |

| Thanks everyone!! I am on day 3 of induction and feeling good... the hardest part for me has been cutting my diet cokes -- only two a day with splenda |
